FIRM RESUME Richard T. McCarthy graduated from Assumption College, Worchester, Massachusetts, in 1979 and Seton Hall Law School, Newark, New Jersey in 1982.  Mr. McCarthy obtained a certificate degree in real estate development from Monmouth University Real Estate Institute in 1998.  He was admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey in 1983. Mr. McCarthy was employed by Gilbert, Gilbert, Schlossberg & Bottitta, Esqs., Morristown and West Orange, New Jersey in their real estate department until 1990.  Mr. McCarthy then established his own practice with offices currently located in both Basking Ridge and Little Silver, New Jersey.  The firm services all counties in New Jersey.  Mr. McCarthy has handled thousands of real estate transaction over the past 20 years.
